This is an early copy of this tool catalog by Hammacher, Schlemmer of New York City.  The company was in business since 1848.  The catalog is not dated but on the top of page 68, which has the manufacturers standard list of files and rasps, along with prices,  it states " In effect after Nov. 1, 1899".    The catalog, which has a red cloth cover with gold print,  is in excellent condition.  It is heavily illustrated with tools for machinists, metal workers, carpenters, woodworkers, manual training schools, etc. etc.   The height is 7 3/4.  There are 809 numbered pages  plus an index numbered in Roman numerals.

The title page reads Abridged Specimens Of Printing Types Brass Rule, Electrotypes, and Revised Catalogue of Printing Materials.  This is a beautiful folio size book loaded with fabulous illustrations of a wide variety of early printing machines followed by an almost endless variety of decorative type fonts,, boarders, illustrated corner decorations, brass rules, advertisement cuts and all sorts of decorative embellishments.    This is not a copy!  This is an original catalog!!  There are three pages where someone cut out  a phrase or example of type face.  Throughout the book there are scattered red check marks next to some of the type examples.  With these exceptions, the book is in very good condition.  The pages are not numbered.  The cover is brown cloth with gold lettering.

PRACTICAL LOOM FIXING
This, although not technically a trade catalog contains many advertisements in the back for looms and loom related accessories.  The author is Albert Ainley.  The book was published in Providence, Rhode Island in 1907 and printed by John Cray of Olneyville, Rhode Island.  The book has a brown cloth cover with gold print on front of cover and spine.  The cover is lightly soiled and worn and slightly chipped in the corners.  There are 88 numbered pages followed by numerous pages of related advertising.

MACY'S 1907 CATALOG
This is an original catalog from Macy's of new York, New York.  It is the Spring and summer edition from 1907.  A great resource for identifying clothing, carpets, linens, jewelry and watches, sporting goods, cookware and more.   there are 536 pages including the index.  The overall condition is good but the front cover is detached and there is some nibbling to the top corner of the back several pages.   The catalog is 9" tall.

KOCH & CO. No. 69 FASHION CATALOG 1895 -96
This is a catalog from a store that was located in Haarlem on West 125th St, between Lenox and Seventh Aves.  The exceptionally grand store building is pictured on the back of the catalog.  It is still standing and looks much the same today.  This is the Fall and Winter 1896 96 edition of the catalog. It is beautifully illustrated with women's, children's and mens clothing, hats, shoes, false hair adornments, jewelry, and other accessories as well as home decorating goods such as linens, curtains, silver , and much more.   There are 104 pages  followed by the original order form.  The catalog is about 11 1/2" tall.  It is in good condition but for an old addition of clear tape to the spine.
